Co-operatives have a positive impact on banking, agriculture, health, education, women empowerment, social welfare, infrastructure development, market regulation, poverty alleviation, industry, tourism, sports and information technology sectors of Kerala. Kerala Co-operative Department is working with the vision to establish and sustain a stable and vibrant Co-operative sector in Kerala through democratic functioning and professional management of Co-operative organizations.The Kerala Co-operative Department seeks to enable the state's growth through Co-operative sectors at all levels.
